We can use this experience of 25 years with the latest model MERCEDES VITO VIP vehicles (0-3) years old, with our drivers who have received seminars/training on tourism transportation and have psychotechnical and auto-drom (basic driving techniques) certificates, with no faulty traffic accident records, uniform private. We serve in clothes, ties and daily shaved. We transfer them to all our guests by making use of all technological opportunities.
All of our colleagues speak English.

Our company’s service vehicles; Minibuses, Midibuses 0-3 years old, Buses are new models and comply with European Union norms. All vehicles are maximally comfortable. Internal and external cleaning is carried out continuously and periodic maintenance is taken care of in order not to cause any business disruptions.

All drivers of our company serve with a uniform, special dress, tie and daily shaved badge, in compliance with the relevant laws, with at least 3 years of license and psycho-technical and auto-drom documents, without any defective traffic accident records.

All of our company’s drivers have passed Auto – Drom training. (Auto-Drom: “basic driving techniques” is the training of drivers by experts by artificially creating rainy, snowy, icy weather and ground conditions in order to minimize the accidents that may occur in heavy traffic.)

All of our company’s drivers have received a Psycho-Technical Certificate. (Psycho-Technical: The mental characteristics of drivers -perception, attention, memory, reasoning, etc.- psychomotor abilities and skills -reaction speed, eye, hand, foot coordination etc.- attitude, behaviour, habit and personal characteristics -risk taking, aggression, etc. measuring responsibility, self-control, etc. and reaching a conclusion about the adequacy of suitability for driving.)

All vehicles of our company have a Global Positioning System (GPS). Employer Company officials can see where the vehicle is and the route – km control over the internet. In addition, with this system, the speed of the service vehicles while cruising, the time of entry and exit from the company, the pause time, sudden movement and maneuver tracking, the location of the vehicle, the traffic density and whether the personnel use the service vehicle can be optionally monitored electronically. If requested, a detailed report is submitted to the Employer Company, together with the route information within the provincial borders of Istanbul.

All service vehicles of our company have traffic, motor insurance, voluntary liability insurance and Personal Accident Insurance on behalf of your company.

All service vehicles of our company are serviced by SOS. With the SOS agreement, it will serve you throughout the contract period. From the moment your personnel gets on the service vehicle, if they are ill or in case of a possible accident, transportation will be provided to all regions within the provincial borders, and they will benefit from the emergency doctor and ambulance service, and the drugs and medical supplies used in the first response will be provided by SOS. In addition, 24-hour medical consultancy service will be available.)

Our company’s service vehicles and drivers; Photocopies of license, photocopy of driver’s license, health report and criminal record, certificate of residence, photocopies of seat insurance policy, photocopies of psycho-technical, auto-drom documents and all documents related to traffic, after the work starts, are submitted to the Employer Company within 10 days.

Our company conducts a Personnel Satisfaction Survey every 4 months in the companies it works with. It evaluates the requests and complaints about the service vehicle or its driver, meets with the employer company and takes the necessary measures and implements them.
